Arriving in Borås, we were immediately struck by its smaller, calmer vibe compared to Gothenburg. The city felt like a peaceful escape, with charming parks and bustling shopping streets that offered a delightful mix of relaxation and activity. For lunch, we indulged in Sweden's national dish, meatballs, at a local chain restaurant. The meal was a feast for the senses, featuring a hearty helping of mashed potatoes, five meatballs that were succulent and well-seasoned, and a tangy brown sauce that perfectly complemented the dish.
